DMCA & Content Removal
FuqVR does not host full videos. Every video page shows the studio's own official trailer and preview images, provided by the studio through its affiliate program and streamed from the studio's servers, with a link to the full scene on the studio's own site. We respect copyright and act quickly on valid notices.
Report copyright infringement
Email vrstudios@proton.me with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed (for example the scene title and the studio).
- The exact address of each page on FuqVR you want removed.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
We review every notice within two business days and remove or disable access to the pages it covers. Notices missing these details may take longer while we ask for them.
Counter-notice
If you believe a page was removed by mistake (for example a studio's own authorised trailer), email us a counter-notice with the removed address, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your contact details and your signature. We restore the page when the law allows it.
Performers and other removal requests
If you appear in a video and want it removed, or something on FuqVR concerns your privacy, email us the page address and we will take it down promptly. You don't need to send a formal DMCA notice for this.
You can also use our contact page. For anything about the full scenes themselves, the studio named on each video page is the rights holder.
